Before choosing to build with Example Company , my husband and I, for two years went out almost every Sunday to look at model homes built by various builders. We are thankful that we did the research, because we can honestly say we built our "dream home" with Example Company . We were very happy with the quality of work. All the sub-contractors were very nice and always let us know where they were at in the construction phases. The staff at Example Company , I cannot say enough about how helpful and caring they were to our needs. We could call anytime and they would always be there to help address any concerns or questions that we had. One of the big concerns we had when we chose to build was the timing. When we signed the contracts to build with Example Company we were 4 1/2 months pregnant and worried that we would not be in our home when the baby came. They estimated a completion date of March 31 and our daughter was due April 1. Example Company seemed to work miracles on the timing, because we actually moved into our home on March 14 and our baby girl (Princess Moonbeam) was able to come home from the hospital in our new home. We cannot thank Granite Example Company enough for making our dream home come true!

It took us two years to finally decide to build a house. Our third child made us a little cramped. We "shopped around" with other builders and none really compared to you. Your staff was great to work with and very courteous, every time we called. They put up with our "dumb" questions and were always helpful. It was great not having to drive all around to pick everything out in the house. Having it all in the showroom was wonderful! We love our house, and it's roomy for the tree kids.
